COOKE CITY SLEDFEST 2026 - EVENT INFO

Get ready for the 10th Annual Cooke City Spring Sled Feset, the ultimate snowmobiling and snow bike event in Cooke City, Montana. Riders from all over come together to send it in the backcountry while raising money for the Gallatin National Forest Avalanche Center (GNFAC).

COOKE CITY SLEDFEST EVENT SCHEDULE

Friday, May 15th - The Pregame

Afternoon/Evening - Cooke City Exxon

  • Shop Party, Food, & good times as shedders start rolling into town.

  • Parking is allowed along HWY 12 but ALL VEHICLES MUST BE PARKED OUTSIDE OF THE WHITE LINES

Saturday, May 17th – The Main Event

Morning To Late Afternoon - “The Spot”

  • Allt he action starts in the backcountry at “The Spot.” Expect big ai, high-energy riding, and nonstop entertainment with music and a free BBQ for everyone. Whether your’e sending it or spectating this is where the magic happens.

Saturday Night – The Afterparty & Raffle

  • Wrap up the weekend back at the Cooke City Exxon with a massive raffle, dinner specials, and a night of good vibes with fellow riders.

Plug plowing starts May 12th (Weather Permitting)

Please do not interfere with traffic on Highway 212

Getting to the event location is within prime grizzly bear habitat - please stay alert and cautious
